Go Surgery was founded with a simple belief: no one should wait years for care they need now. We're an Irish-led team helping people access safe, expert surgery abroad — quickly, clearly, and with full support.
Meet our founders: Rob & Alex.
Go Surgery was founded by two people who saw the system from both sides — as patients and as problem-solvers. Frustrated by long waitlists and the stress it caused countless families, they set out to create a service that felt personal, honest, and genuinely helpful. Not just a business, but a solution built around real needs.
With backgrounds in healthcare, logistics, and patient support, they knew that getting surgery abroad shouldn’t feel like a gamble. So they designed Go Surgery to be simple, transparent, and fully aligned with the HSE’s Cross-Border Directive. Every clinic is handpicked. Every case is reviewed carefully. And every patient is guided with clarity and care from start to finish.
Today, they remain closely involved in every part of the process — reviewing clinics, speaking directly with patients, and constantly improving the service. It’s their belief that people shouldn’t have to fight for healthcare, and that trust is earned by doing things right — not just fast.
